Q: How do i pay my bill?
A: We accept all major credit cards including but not limited to, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
Q: How long can i keep the dumpster?
A: Typically, your rental period lasts up to 10 days, as outlined in your rental agreement. However, if you need additional time, please contact us by phone or through our Contact Us page so we can assist you with an extension. Additional fees may apply.
Q: What size dumpsters to you offer?
A: At this time we are offering 10 yard, 20 yard & 30 yard cans. However this is subject to change at anytime as we continue to work with our hauler teams.
Q: How do I become a hauler for Mr. Dumpster?
A: Please contact our office 1-888-MRDUMPSTER or fill out our Become A Hauler application.
Q: How do I contact you for a pick up?
A: Easy! Simply give us a call at 1-888MRDUMPSTER or use our Request Dumpster Pickup link to send us a request to have your dumpster picked up when you are ready.
However, in some cases, you may need additional time with your container. If so, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can make arrangements for you. Additional fees may apply.
Q: What Can I Put In My Roll Off Rental?
A: With your Roll off Dumpster Rental, you will be able to dispose of all garbage and debris including:
- Wood
- Concrete/Cement
- Brick
- Stone
- Sheet Rock
- Metal
- Furniture
- Roofing
- Empty & Dried Paint Cans
- Regular Household Trash
Q: What Items CANNOT be Disposed in my roll off rental?
A: Typically, you may NOT dispose any of the following:
- Tires
- Loose Hypodermic Needles
- Yard waste, grass clippings and/or tree trimmings and stumps
- Hazardous waste (mercury products, flourescent bulbs/tubes, paints, pesticides, solvents, cleansers, liquid driveway sealer, etc.)
- Freon units (Ex. Refrigerators, Freezers, Dehumidifier, Water Cooler, Air Conditioners, etc.)
- Light Fixtures, including ballasts
- Electronics (TV’s, Computers, Monitors, Stereos, etc.)
- Metal (Stove, Washer/Dryer, Aluminum Siding, Cast Iron, Copper, etc.)
- Recyclables (Cardboard, newspaper, etc.)
- Propane Tanks
